I'm running out of space on phone, I moved all I could to the SD card, what else can I do? what apps can I clear data and cache without screwing up the functions of my phone?

You can delete any apps that you have downloaded from google play. You can delete most of the google services that you don't use like Google plus or Google books and such.

How to delete google plus, google books, google movies etc.?

If you long press and drag them from the app drawer, it should give you the option. If not then go your main settings, applications, find the apps you want to delete and press uninstall. If you can't uninstall, then it will give you the option to disable.
