Htc wont scan for wifi

[AC Question]

My HTC one m8 won't scan for WiFi and all my saved WiFi names that always came up to let me pick one are gone. It's just blank.
My mobile data internet works though but I really need WiFi.
I've rebooted and reset, also with the house wifi hub but the house wifi is working fine as my iPad and partners phone is connected.

Hi there!

Need to know what type of reset you did? If you did factory reset, and the problem still occurs, then I'd think you'd need to flash the OEM software through Odin.

Try this, as I"m not sure what you meant by reset.

1. Enter recovery mode and wipe cache partition. No data will be loss.
2. Enter Safe Mode, to be sure a rogue app is causing the issue.
3. Do a Full Factory Reset - YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA, BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR IMPORTANT STUFF.
