Hey guys I wish you could fix my problem, my battery drains weird at some point, first of all when I've bought the phone every 1% took 5 min to drain and now from 100% to 90% the 1% takes 5 min and from 90% to 85% the 1% takes 3 min and from 85% to 80% the 1% takes 1 min and 30 sec and from 80% to 0% the 1% takes 3 min, I am sure that it's not the battery because I bought a new battery and tested it and it's the same result, and I tried calibrating the battery with non root way and the root way and nothing happened, so I don't know what really cause this problem, I guess the indicator is the problem (just guessing)
    I'm running Android KitKat 4.4.2

    Hi

Only 3 suggestions I can make, short of sending to service center for diagnostic/repair.

    1. Enter Recovery Mode, and wipe cache partition. No data loss will occur.
    2. Enter Safe Mode....stay in safe mode and re-check your percentage intervals.
    3. Full Factor Reset. ALL DATA WILL BE LOSS, BE SURE TO BACK UP BEFORE YOU DO THIS.

If your device behaves well during the safe mode phase....then is possible that you have a rogue app causing the issue.

Register for our forums, if you need further help, as this will make it easier for back and forth troubleshooting!

    Hi Zack!

Sorry you're still having the issue. And with the service center not being able to help you, then I don't think there's much more i can suggest, other than looking into Flashing the Original Software to your device with Odin.

What is the Model of your phone, and android version?

    Thanks Zack

You can search SamMobile.com to see if they have your firmware, then try flashing through Odin. What's your Model Number? You should be able to find that under the "About Device" section in settings. We'll need this in order to locate the OEM firmware.
