T-Mobile Advanced Messaging not Working

AC Question

My Husband and I have Note 5's. Neither one of our advanced messaging is working. i.e. read receipts nor typing indications, etc. We are both updated to the newest software (Marshmallow), our settings are correct (at least according to the link tmobile sent me). Anyone else having this issue???

Same here I'm on my gf account and hers works fine but mine has never worked and my setting match hers. I even got a new Sim card and it still doesn't work. Her dad's phone isn't updated to marshmallow and his was working too.
