Update Samsung galaxy s5 (SM-G900F) firmware

[AC Question]

My android version is 4.4.2(KitKat) but I am not receiving any OTA updates on my Galaxy s5. I want to manually Download and install the firmware update using ODIN.

The question is: Is it possible to update the firmware directly from KitKat to Marshmallow? or i have to update it to android Lollipop instead?

This is my firmware details. I want to upgrade the firmware manually. this is a list of firmwares i can download from but i don't know which to choose. Please help (http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-G900F/)
