S6 camera protruding. Not flush with the phones back cover.

Is anyone concerned about the camera lens protruding or sticking out so far from the back of the Samsung Galaxy S6. Its not flush with the back of the phone. I'm afraid my lens is going to get scratched. Seen on eBay and Amazon about lens protectors in different colours etc. Do they or will they prevent the possibility of the lens getting scratched?

Lens protectors could help. Or you can use a case.
