Samsung Galaxy S6 android update 6.0.1 issues

[AC Question]

Hi the update went on last night and since then I have had many issues, major being I have not mobile networks (even disapeared from the settings menu), error message "unfortunately the process phone.com.android has stopped" and an error message "google play services won't run unless you update google play services" but I can't update it. Help!!!

I would try to restart the phone.
