Why can't I connect to mobile data on my s7

Trying to press the switch to the on setting but the aconite is grey any I'm unable to use

HI there

Try entering recovery mode and wiping the cache partition....then reboot. no data will be loss. Also, you might want to contact your carrier, as it might be something they have to reset on their end.
