    Well without that information. The only thing I can suggest would be to goto Sammobile.com. Find your original software for your device. Search with your Model Number. Use Odin to re-flash your software. This is not a simple process. Be sure to youtube search, how to flash software using odin. Read up a little before you try it.

    Instructions for flashing a Samsung phone are here at [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN. It's a pretty simple process, just VERY boring. (If it's not a Samsung phone, there are other ways to flash it, but you don't use Odin. If she actually flashed a ROM to the phone, she'll have the flash tool for the LG [there are actually 2 of them, and it's a personal choice - and which ROM image you can find - that determines which one you use.)
