my tablet android file is corrupted, pls suggest any procedure to fix it

recently i factory reset my android tablet , but i do not know what went wrong, after reset some unwanted malicious app were also automatically installed in my tab and now whenever i connect to net apps are automatically install in my tab, now i use 360 antivirus which is find those apps but can not uninstall it as there is no uninstallation option...pls help

Unless you have a backup of all corrupted files, back up everything, then reflash the ROM.
