why wont my zte touch screen work?

my phone is on and the battery can not be removed but my screen will not respond it lights up and side buttons work but screen wont do any thing but light up

Have you tried a Power Off and Restart, and if no go, a Cache Partition wipe?

My zte is doing the same thing nor can I access the battery. Did you resolve the issue? If so would you please describe what you were able to do. Thanks
