    I have a Samsung galaxy core prime and its suddenly started overheating to the point where I can't touch it while it's turned on because it gets too hot and it starts heating up after two minutes of usage what do I do to make it stop and whats the issue?

    No phone should get so hot you can't even touch it.

    Try starting the phone in Safe Mode. Turn on Airplane mode to shut down all the radios. If the heat appears normal, then perhaps some app is causing the problem, or perhaps there is syncing going on that's causing the radios to get hot (that's why you turned them off... to see if it's radio related). If it still gets hot in safe mode, then something is seriously wrong with the phone and you should shut it off, take it to your carrier and see what they say about the phone.

    Note... the Safe mode link is a generic google search since you didn't say what carrier you're on. Just choose your carrier and follow the directions.
