Long press not working on my s7

Ever since i have had my S7 the long press does not work. I can't hold down on apps to delete them. I am operating in easy mode and changing it to standard mode made no difference.

Go to application manager and delete them.

Long-pressing an icon deletes just the icon. Deleting an app in Application Manager uninstalls it from the phone.

I suggest that you bring the phone into the carrier and ask a sales associate (or even the manager) what you're doing wrong. (Not being fully centered over the icon won't trigger a long-press.)
