Will a sim card I was using on a Samsung M500 flip phone work on a Motorola Photon 4G?

I recently upgraded phones from a Samsung M500 flip phone to a Motorola Photon 4G I want to know if the sim I was using in the Samsung M500 phone will work in the Motorola phone?

If it's a miniSIM, yes. (If it's smaller, you can buy an adapter set for $1, postage included.) But Sprint should give you a SIM card. (Sprint, not one of their "authorized partners".)
