J5 odin flash fail

[AC Question]

Hi, so my j5000G/ds got softbricked, and i cant seem to flash it using odin, i'm not 100% sure if my firmware is right, i chose the malaysia option, which is where i live, but i am not sure if its the phone version, but the phone battery states that its malaysian.

Can someone give my some tips, right now i can only access the download mode.
