Why can i no longer check the status of my free gear vr?

[AC Question]

I bought my samsung galaxy s7 through verizon in store during the promo time for the free gear vr. I submitted everything that was needed to receive my free gear vr. I kept checking my status and was finally approved and it said shipping date pending however now when i try to check the status of my shippment it no longer lets me access that information. I have done the same thing probably a dozen times go to the promotion website type in my email and thats how i checked my status. Now when i type my email in it sends me back to the form i originally filled out to receive this offer. Is it still going to come or did my promo get lost?

Thank you i must have just had a bad web address for it. Still says shipment pending.
