Unfortunately com.bk.config service has stopped. I tap OK but box repeats over & over.

[AC Question]

I'm on Lollipop 5. Malware Bytes told me that I had a Trojan Downloader Agent ConfigNService.apk

and

SMSManager.apk Trojan.clicker...

I removed both and hence Unfortunately the com.bk.config service has stopped message.

My tablet is rooted. I have rebooted unsuccessfully.

Is my only resort a factory reset or is there possibly another solution?

P.S.
I believe, but I'm not 100% sure, that those apks were backed up but I'm not sure to where or where to restore them too, if I can get that far. Many thanks.
