I downloaded Asphalt 8 on my lenovo yoga tablet from play store and then also downloaded the extra content of 1.2GB that had to be download after opening the game. Then I transferred the game to my Samsung Galaxy S4 using xender. But only the apk file was sent and after sending it, it again started downloading the rest of the 1.2 GB when I opened the game in my galaxy S4. I don't have wifi and my mobile data is not unlimited, so I have lots of problems in downloading the file again. Could somebody please help me and tell me a way to transfer the whole game without using Internet?

I doubt without rooting your device you will find another way to transfer all of the data, plus there may be compatibility issues as well across devices. So no there is no way to transfer all of the data needed for the game. You'll find a lot of large content games and apps work this way, where you first download the apk and basic app data, and then are prompted to complete the download the first time the app is run.
