Marshmallow has killed my wifi

[AC Question]

I've just had a system update to Marshmallow which I've done
Now I cant connect to my Wifi
My husband is at work and my son is out! Arghhhh

Hi

You'll join many with the same issue after the update. Two options below, hopefully first one works.

Enter Recover Mode and Wipe Cache Partition (Safe, no data loss)

Full Factory Reset (BACK YOUR DEVICE UP, THIS WILL DELETE EVERYTHING)

Since I don't know what phone you have, to enter recovery mode simply Google Search >> How to wipe cache partition on (youre phone)<<

Welcome to Android Central! It'd help to know which device you have. Try rebooting your router by unplugging its power for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in again.
