Why does moving photos & video from Samsung S5 internal memory to SD card not free up space?

Hello everyone!
I've gotten the familiar, not enough storage space message so, I moved over 5 gb of photos and video to SD card on Samsung S5 and device intetnal storage space has not changed. I still get the message even though all photos and videos show they are now on the SD card.

To make sure you properly moved them, what size SD card did you insert, and did you see if the free space on the SD card decrease? Could you show us a screenshot of the 'storage' menu in settings?
