Samsung Galaxy S6 get stucked during Marshmallow update

A

AC Question

I got a new Galaxy S6.
From the first time I turned it on it suggested me a systems update.
After finishing downloading the 1.3 GB file, the system rebooted and install was starting.
After 31% of updating, it crashed and a yellow exclamation mark was shown.
It offered to send the error log to Samsung, but I believe that got stacked too.
I tried to connect to Smart Switch - but surprisingly on PC it says that system is up to date.
Deleting cache and factory reset didn't help as well.
What can I do?

Hi

You will need to take it to a Samsung Dealer (I go to Best Buy) and have them Flash the new software. That's my suggestion, as I've had the same issue a while back on my Note 3, nothing worked, but they hooked me up for free.
