I can't turn on data and also I don't have mobile network

The thing is that yesterday I restarted my cellphone because the apps were stopping, so when I turned it on again the signal bar is showing a red cross and also the data is blocked, there's no way to turn it on I made a factory reset and a hard reset and still not working. What should I do? I have an LG L70

That's the first place to go. The SIM card could be bad, they could have a signal outage, your account could be set up wrong ... there are a lot of possibilities, most of which you can't correct, they have to.
