I constantly clear the cache, I use the stock keyboard, I try to back up my data all the time but nothing. Since getting the phone last August, the Android has been lagging when texting and texts will often fail to send to my partners iPhone. I've talked to my provider but they were completely unhelpful. The phone is wonderful otherwise and works great when using any other communication app just not the messenger app... Should I back up, reset to factory settings but not restore my back up? I can't see how that would fix the issue... I'm confused.
Either way, since getting the Marshmallow update the phone is lagging even more and messenger app has been failing on a constant basis to respond.
