why i get something went wrong at server end toast message???

i had a issue with something wrong at server end toast message.in android studio i have use samsung cell for debugging whenever i try to signup from the device it shows that toast message.then i tested with RESTful service it shows response 200 so anything wrong with android????can anybody help
