How do i unmute my incoming alerts?

My phone ringer, text alert,and alarm are all silent. On settings the volumes are all the way up

What phone do you have, and what version of Android is it running?

Check to make sure you don't have, Do Not Disturb function, enabled. Otherwise, Like Laura said, we'll need to get your phone info, to further assist you.
