can anyone help me , after I factory reset my blackberry priv , it turned on again , asked me for a password , which I do not remember, I have 1 to 10 attempts, so I tried to get 10 incorrect password . It did not , it stopped on 5 mistakes , asked me to make a restart of the phone to get it opened. I tried to do that, but it just went back to 1 to 10 attemmts, and did the same when i got to 5 mistakes again. I have made myself a google account , can I have a new password sent to that mail. Because there is no button , " I have forgotten password "
