Can I set my phone to require BOTH a fingerprint AND a password to unlock it?

Hi

I don't believe you can. You can however, download an app locker app, that would lock particular apps once entry is gained to your device. If somone, "somehow" manage to bypass your unique fingerprint, then they would have to enter the password of the app locker, in order to access particular apps you've locked with it.
