my phone wont turn on or charge

my phone wont turn on or charge. but i dnt want it rebooted, because i have pictures, messages and numbers. which i dont want to lose. can you please help.

Make sure first that your charging equipment, including the wall socket, is good.
*Note that attempting to recharge a fully-discharged battery, if perchance that has happened, can be explosively dangerous.

Have you tried a different battery or different charging cable?

Welcome to Android Central! It'd help to know which phone you have. In addition to the good advice above, also try keeping it plugged into a wall outlet for at least 4 hours undisturbed, then press and hold Power for at least 10-15 seconds to see if it will turn on.
