Not receiving text notification for one person

[AC Question]

I have one person that texts me. I get them, but no notifications and there is a muted button next to their name. How do I take it off? How can I receive their messages again?

I didn't always have it next to the name. So it's something I possibly did somehow.

You go into the text message. Click on the name of the person in the left hand corner and then you turn on the notification bar. Should slide it to the right. Now you will get notified
