Can't open text to speech option under language & input, or voice

The other day I clicked on the button where my mic is to use text to speech to show someone the settings option. When I did that my mic disappeared. I'm trying to get it back. I have been going under my settings and trying to access it either through language & input or voice. As soon as I click on either I get the pop up that says my settings has stopped. I have the Note 4. Any help would be much appreciated.
