Has anyone had success with their droid turbo being dropped in toilet..

I dropped my phone in the toilet (less than 5 seconds) dried it off right away and was able to answer a call right after, but now it has gone black and powered off. But, every minute or so it starts to vibrate. Can this phone be saved???
