Why don't my child tablet have a keyboard and a virus

I have a lillypad for my child it has a virus on it that I can't get off, after master resetting over a dozen times the keyboard has not working the voice thing comes up only and that don't work all the time. Its app on here that I can't take off that I don't think was on here when we got it.

Children can get to places no one has heard of - and download viruses. The standard fix is to reflash the ROM. Unfortunately, the Lillypad is one of those $40 Chinese pads that you aren't going to get much information about - like the ROM itself and a software tool to install it. Bringing it to a repair shop that's found them somewhere is likely to cost more than a new pad.
