While deleting google accounts says unfortunately settings has stopped

Hello
I need to delete my Google accounts but when I hit the Google on accounts setting says sorry the settinhs has stopped. This is only for Google not other apps. I have tried many things, deleting the cash, forcing settings and Google apps to stop, but there's a problem with the Android settings and Google which don't let me to open it. I can add google accounts the prob is with removing.
If any one can help I'll appriciate that
