I've just been given a new phone at work (Samsung S5. I've changed over sim and SD card however it will not let me view my pictures anymore. It just shows a black tile with an SD card symbol on it. s this something to do with encryption, is there anyway around this?? Thanks

Welcome to the forums. If the card had any kind of encryption on it, then no, there is no way around it. You can reformat it so that it can be used, but the pictures will be lost.

Put card back into original phone and make sure it's not encrypted. If it still doesnt want to play, get another sd card and send the files from the old phone to the new one.
Or plug into computer and save there, then reformat sd in S5 and put the pics on from computer...
