I've been getting this notification at frequent and random times at the bottom of my screen for a while now. I have no idea what this means or what it refers too, all I know is that it also happens a lot when I watch videos. I have a galaxy s7 if that helps.

Finally! I have this exact same problem on my AT&T Galaxy S7 Edge that I just moved to from Sprint. Happens randomly.

Wow. So strange. I have this same problem as well. Galaxy S7, moved from Sprint to AT&T. I've looked all around for pending outgoing messages or uploads or drafts. I've got nothing. It pops up throughout the day at seemingly random times over whatever it is I'm doing at the time.

Can you post a screenshot of the notification so that we can see what it is? It almost sounds like an ad trying to get you to click it.
