My galaxy mega 2 wont launch the internet

WiFi is connected and strength is strong but wont search the web

Is it not running the browser? Or is the browser not going to the internet? Which browser? Does it work on mobile data? Is there a spare DHCP slot in the router? (If not, you're connected to the switch, but not to the internet.)
