Getting calls and messages sent to both phones after upgrade

I had a upgrade on my apple I phone to a Samsung. I'm getting calls and texts to both phones even though it says no service on my I phone. Just want to know what the problem is. I'm not very good with phones. Thank you.

Is there a sim in Tyne iPhone? Network didn't deactivate it?

The phone with the SIM linked to your phone number should be getting the calls. Bring both phones to your carrier.
