Why is my Tablet going slow?

My tablet is usually pretty fast but just recently it has been automaticly closing me out of apps and also been taking forever to open apps. Also I used to be able to listen to music while I was doing other things but now as soon as I go out of the app screen it will be as if I completely closed it.

Are you using any RAM booster / cleaner apps? If yes, uninstall it. RAM booster or cleaner apps are very bad for android
