When I attempt to open Shazam, the blue launch screen appears but the app doesn't open and I get a box that tells me "Unfortunately, Shazam has stopped." I have tried doing a force stop on the app and rebooting the phone but it did not work. I have 2 plus years of Shazams on the phone and I don't want to loose them. Can anyone help?

And I created an account when I downloaded the app but myshazam says I have 0 shazams instead of hundreds. Is there a way to get the info from the cache on my phone?
