my phone died, and now will not charge or turn on

it is plugged in, when i hold the power button, it vibrates and the screen is kind of blinking. before, when charging, it would show a 100% charged.....how do i turn my phone back on? is the battery toast? it is not water damaged.

The battery may need replacing, yes.

AND it may be water-damaged (even from condensation). That buzzing isn't a good sign, unless it's normal for that phone. If the battery comes out, plug it into a charger like http://www.amazon.com/Neewer-Univer...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU5177731 and leave the battery in it for 24 hours. (A dead battery needs a precharge and phones normally don't precharge.)
