How to transfer picures to computer

I have taken some photos on Samsung Galaxy 4 on my vacation and want to send them to friends as an attachment to my letter in Word for Windows.

You have a number of options:
USB connection between computer and phone. The computer will see the device as external storage.
Bluetooth files accross if you only have a couple.
Email them to yourself and open email on computer...
If you have them on sd card, plug sd card into computer... so many options!
