    Marshmallow is not available for HTC Desire 820 S. Is there any way, I can update the to M myself. Phone is out of warranty, I don't mind to road the device ..

    I think you mean root the device . But check settings - about phone - software updates. See if there is an update available. See this page for more information: http://www.htc.com/mea-en/support/ht...to/666802.html

    I'm not totally sure you can. I can't find a Cyanogen ROM for it, and XDA doesn't have anything for the 820 S.

    If there's no ROM available, your only option is to write one. It's possible, but it's not easy for someone who doesn't know how to write code. If you DO know how, it's work, it's not difficult.
