How do I get rid of unwanted home screens?

I now have 8 screens. 6 are unwanted and the remaining 2 need to be combined..

Just move all the apps and widgets off the home screen (delete or move to other screens) and the screens will be deleted. Long press apps or widgets to move or delete.

Long press and hold the apps you want to move. Now slide the app toward thr edge of the screen to move to the next screen. Do this for all apps to place on the two desktop pages you want.

Now depending on the phone you have, you should be able to "pinch jester" on a desktop screen to get a collective view of them all. There should either be a trash can icon on the individual pages or you may have to long press on the page and drag to a trash can icon.
