Hello, I have a Acer Iconia Tab 7 A1-713 tablet with Android 4.4.2 KitKat and I have big problem with it. It also sorta popped out of nowhere.
About a week ago, my tablet randomly shutted down. When I turned it back on, it had 26%. Same thing keept happening, with the value increasing everytime. It has to be something with the battery or the life indicator, since this doesn't happen when plugged in. It probably is the life indicator lying to me, since when it shut downs and I turn it back on with charger, even tho battery is at 86% it shuts down again seconds after I disconnect the charger when if turns back on. How do I fix this? Do I have to take it to a technician and replace something or what?

Welcome to Android Central! Try recalibrating the battery sensor software by charging up to 100%, then using it normally until it shuts off automatically from low battery. Then charge it back up to 100% again, and do this 2-3 times. If the problem persists, then it's probably a defective battery (like a dendrite, which can cause sudden charge dropoffs).
