I cannot use 4g sim in slot 1

I cannot use 4g sim in slot 1
In my vibe p1 turbo if use 4g sim in slot 1 and select this sim as default data connection I cannot call or receive calls through this sim ‘mobile network not available’ only this message showing in outgoing calls. (few hours works normal if restart or put sim) Network shows full coverage and there is no issue in normal 2g/3g sim. In second sim slot can use 4g sim without any issues, both sim slots support 4G
What is the problem? is this hardware related?

Welcome to Android Central! Check your users manual to make sure that both SIM slots are supposed to have 4G capability. Some dual SIM phones don't (like my ASUS ZenFone 2). The main SIM slot is 2G/3G/4G, but the 2nd slot is only 2G.

Both Sim Slots Support 4g but can use one sim for 4g at a time

Do any SIM cards give you 4G in slot 1? If not, then there's probably something wrong with the reader.
