Need ur HELP - my cell is out of space!!!! :(

I bought this fone before Xmas cuz after i lost my first two expensive fones, I thought maybe I shouldn't spend that much but I may regret it cuz ITS OUT OF SPACE!!!! How can that be? I've downloaded 3 apps, that's all. No videos, maybe 50-60 pictures. Cleared my cache and my data on my browser. I'm on the internet ALOT.

So here's a little info about my fone:

So there I hope I gave yous enuff info, if not, just ask and I will provide. All I want is to free up lots of space so I can download some apps. There's many apps I want or can I download them on a stick of some kind. Technology "dummy" here.
Have another question;
Someone told me why so much security on ur fone? If they want to hack ur fone, get in ur fone, they will! So If I don't have personal information about myself, don't use credit card or do banking, should I just get antivirus? That's all? What do u recommend??

Have you tried Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and cleared the cache?

Regarding security, a good anti-malware app would probably be enough, although some people would not even bother with that.
