i gave it a hard rest but the problem is that when the phone starts up it automaticly opens on the wifi so in which case i cant access the settings through the assesibilty icon it

Hi, I'm sorry but I'm having trouble understanding what it is you're trying to do? have you set up your phone yet, is it looking for you to register a WiFi signal first?
