Maxx 2 Power button turning phone off when locked

[AC Question]

My power button is much more sensitive than my Maxx original. It turns off in my pocket when the phone is locked. I found out I can either hold the power button for 5 seconds and it turn off or hold it for 1 second and press power of and it turns off. Is there a setting to turn this off so I can only power when the phone is unlocked?
