More detail please. What app are you using for messaging? Are they older conversations or older messages? Is the whole conversation missing or just parts? Who's your carrier? What device do you have? What have you tried?
Verizon offers a cloud service that you pretty much have to opt out of. There's a way thru my Verizon to restore up to 90 days of conversations. If you opted out they're gone. I have yet to see any real app, not a scam, that will restore deleted or lost messages. Other carriers may offer similar services so check with your carrier's FAQ section. Your app may be archiving them to save room on the device or even auto backing them up but we won't know until you tell us what you're using, what's going on, and what you want.
