I have a Galaxy S4 model L720T 16gb which WAS working in the UK - HELP?

The modem has been replaced with i9500. I tried to flash OFFICIAL firmware and now its not accepting SIM and time is USA time !!
I have tried to re-flash with another version that i think is right but its FAILing.
The PIT is not right.
